Default judgment procedures

Are Marital Dissolution Agreements required to obtain a divorce through Default Judgment if I know where my husband is, he has been served, and he just won't sign any papers?

No. You can move forward with a divorce on grounds even if he will not participate. It is not the best way to get a divorce if you have property or children, but you can get a divorce. Good luck. Rosenblum and Reisman 901-527-9600
