Divorce

My daughter want to get a divorce but her husband want to keep the kid for the entire school year. She wants them for the entire school year too. How would that be resolved? She is in the Air Force stationed in TN he is in Tucson AZ.

The decision would be made by a court with jurisdiction over the child. Your daughter or her husband would start the process by filing for divorce in that state, and then seeking orders for child custody and visitation. Which state has jurisdiction depends on more facts than you have provided. But military personnel assigned to a base outside their home state usually retain residence in their home state. So, if your daughter's home state is not TN, another state may have jurisdiction. But she should start by consulting an attorney in TN.
