Trying to get divorced

I am trying to get a divorce and my husband because of domestic and my husband is running from his warrants. We have 3 children togethar but the courts have already took his rights away. So is there anything i can do to get divorced or am i going to just have to wait until he is found?

He can be served by publication through the courts order. then you could continue your divorce
