Domesticating Foreign Jurisdiction

I need to domesticate case from GA to TN.D & I have lived in TN since 11/99.Feb I tried taking issues to court, but GA no longer has jurisdiction. My issues are x has bi-polar & does not take her med & has never been out on her own. There has been no communication w/her in 6 mo & she refuses to contact me.My X inlaws have always taken care of d on visit. She has never taken care of D on her own.My D has a kdiney illness.& must see DR 1x mo for test & has to take med daily,if not taken it could be fatal. This illness started last Summer,X refused to take to DR.X told she was moving 5 hrs 8/01 w/noone or no man.She lived w/girl for 3 wks then that didn't work, then some guy moved in she didn't even know. She refuses to give any info on him.Has not taken visit since Summer but X in-laws have b/c she is not financially stable works 10 hrs wk.I was told by X MIL that D will be spending summer with them and not x but 2 wks.I have been tossed between GA & TN for months.I do not know how to domesticate & time is short.D leaves 6/1 and I'm to get started this week so it can be final before she leaves. Now my att.I have been speaking to is out of town for 2 weeks and I don't have any more time left. Can anyone help?

Re: Domesticating Foreign Jurisdiction

Your post does not seem to be a request for advice as much a request for immediate help. Contact me immediately on getting this, regardless the hour. Try my office # first -- 423-267-4391, and if you get the answering machine leave a message AND then try again at 423-267-4393 (that line will either get a person or will not be answered). I repeat, call at ANY HOUR. If you get no answer at either #, try my cell phone at 423-635-2068
