Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

My grandmother lives with me. Her son recently came to my house was was very belligerent. I asked to him to leave and he told me to "put him out". He further stated that he would be over here to see his mother any time he wants. Am I legally required to allow him to come inside my home?

No you don't have to let him in at all. It is your home and only you can choose who to let inside your house. It does not matter that his mother lives with you.
