Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

My husband is currently in Iraq, he left me 2 yrs ago for a girl he met in korea..I have one son by him and one daughter by my current boyfriend, how do i get out of this horrible mess, he is for the divorce but insists on me filing...any suggestions? thanks.

If he is for the divorce, it is possible to go through an irreconcilable differences divorce. If he consents, this can be a fairly easy process with minimal expense for all involved.
