Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Invalid marriage

We want to say our ''vows'' to keep the parents happy. We are in our 50s, and Mom needs to be happy. It is better for us to remain separate in our investments and retirements and assets than to even explore a pre-nup. It is not worth it.

Who can perform a marriage ceremony that will not be legal in the United States?
