what does inappropriate marital conduct mean?

specifically the statute states the following is a ground for divorce: "The husband or wife is guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct towards the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe and improper, which may also be referred to in pleadings as inappropriate marital conduct." Practically though, a court might find other types of conduct to constitute "inappropriate marital conduct" Please speak to a family law attorney to discuss this further.
