Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

returned to homestate.how to file for divorce

I lived in TN for over 6 years. Filed bankruptcy to move to Oregon to marry a man I knew there. We were married under 7 months. I left returning to TN. I believe he will contest the divorce if there is no travel involved for court. I want him to pay for some of my moving expenses or help with a home for me and my children. This was my 2 marriage. Does the residency requirements of Tn. still pretain to me?
