Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Do sexual realations have to occur to bring up adultery charges. My Husband told me a week ago I was his best friend but he could be with me as husband and wife. He says he isn't stupid enough to commit adultery as it would increase child support and such, however he meet someone while training for a new job, shipped her a package 12 day's before telling me how he felt had has been having 30 minutes to 160 minute phone calls to her in the middle of the night while driving home from work or when he has left me and the kids at home to go to walmart. He may not be having sex with him, but there is something going on and I want to what my rights are.

ou may not have grounds under adultery becuase a sexual act does have to take place. However, you certainly have grounds under inappropriate marital conduct to obtain a divorce.
