Wont sing papers

divorce papers were served on nov. 18, 2005 and the other party will not sing them. what is my next step in prceeding with this divorce? we have been apart for 15 years our only child is grown. we both have been with someone else for 15 years. can i file for divorce by dfault.

Yes, it is possible to get a divorce by default. Your lawyer will know how to file a motion for default judgment.
