Legal Question in Medical Leave in Tennessee

Terminated for tardiness due to FLMA

Director counted tardiness due to FLMA. I was written up and then terminated. In April I turned in a list of my direstor's inapprpopriate behavior / decisions. I duties were immediately reduced and my opinion / help in areas that I was the department's expert were no longer sort.

If you were terminated for taking FMLA protected leave, or your FMLA protected leave was counted against you, then you should consult with an attorney about making a claim against your former employer.
