Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Tennessee

Car Loan

when my husband divorced his ex the judge said she had nothing to do with her taking her car out of his name.

She still has the car in his name and she is not paying the payments on time. This is effecting our credit. What legal action can be taken in order to make her take the car out of his name. Is there any legal action that can make her pay for damage to his credit.

Re: Car Loan

You can file a motion with the court seeking to enforce the prior order about removing your husband's name for the title. If she did not follow the order, then you can sue for consequential damages -- but how would you calculate your actual damages from bad credit? I can prepare the motion for you for $100.
