Legal Question in Immigration Law in Tennessee

I am a Citizen of two other countries presently, so my question is:

Can I become a Naturalized American Citizen even though I was born in England,

and I am a Naturalized Canadian Citizen?

Does the USA allow this?

Yes, the United States allows it. However, you also should look into tax obligations for citizens of all 3 countries.
