Legal Question in Insurance Law in Tennessee

Accident

I was recently involved in an accident - the other party was cited and is completely at fault - their insurance company (who has made many questionable actions ) is alleging that speed was a factor, but it wasn't, and that should not even matter - she pulled out infront of us from the driveway of a trailer park. My agent is on my side but cannot subrogate as all I carried was liability. Is this something you would take on or be willing to discuss with me?

Re: Accident

You have set out the facts but it cannot be determined whether you have any personal injuries or not. Based upon the facts, the other party pulling out in front of you makes that party liable. Whether speed might be a contributing factor to the accident is a more dicey question that would need close examination.
