Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Tennessee

I have a product idea. Part of this idea would involve "coping" different logo and images, (Such as NFL Team, MLB Team, TV Shows/Movies, NASCAR, Etc) that may be copyrighted or trademark. What would be involved in making this idea happen? It would be a hobby type business.

Logos and images such as NFL teams, MLB teams, and NASCAR are indeed trademarks that belong exclusively to their owners. These marks are zealously guarded.

TV shows and movies are indeed protected by copyright, again zealously guarded.

To use a mark or a copyrighted work, even for a hobby business, you would probably need to negotiate a license for the use the mark or authored work BEFORE you use it in your product(s).

I handle this sort of matter. Feel free to contact me offline if you need more information.
