Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Tennessee

18 and still in school

My daughter will be 18 before she graduates from high school. She plans on moving out on her 18th birthday. Am I legally or financially responsible for her until she graduates or can she, indeed, move out on her birthday?

You probably have a good emancipated child issue if your daughter moves out on her own after age 18. For more info, see, www.gsmithlawfirm.com
