Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Tennessee

I married my present wife 5 years ago and at the time we

married she had her life insurance made out to her son

and her grand daughter. She is now dying of cancer.

The insurance is still made out to Son and Daughter.

My wife expects me to pay the burial expense.

Is there any legal action I can take to make sure the Son and granddaughter

pays the expense from the Insurance money they will get.

The insurance money will be paid to the person named (the beneficiary) on the insurance policy.

Period.

What they do with it is up to them.

If you want to make sure the money comes to you for her funeral expenses, then she needs to change the beneficiary to you.
