Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Tennessee

I have registered a gender discrimination complaint with my college and also an ethics investigation request. This was on July 14th of this year. Since then, my boss has retaliated against me in numerous ways. Currently, I am completely isolated from our group and his boss will not help me with signatures, etc. Instead, he tells me I have to go get my boss's signature. I put in for a transfer which would make everyone happy and still, that has not happened (several weeks now). The graduate students in our group are avoiding me because of something unknown to me, which he has told them. We used to have a great relationship. I need help negotiating my situation. What advice can you give me? Retaliation is a separate issue from the others. Can I file a lawsuit?

Your question falls within the category "Discrimination (Other)." You might want to post it in that category.

It is not a question of Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility (which concerns attorney misconduct and ethics).
