Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Tennessee

My husband had surgery 2 years ago that left him paralyzed from the waist down. At no time was the possibilty of this discussed with us. We would like to know if the Prudence Principal Rule was followed regarding this.

There are a number of issues involved here. Some of the issues are whether there was medical neglignece, whether your husband had informed consent, whether a filing deadlined has passed.
