Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Tennessee

Malpractice

South Africa - If a Gynaecologist has performed a Lapriscope Sterilisation on a woman that is about 3 weeks pregnant without doing any tests for pregnancy, and the patient and doctor was unaware of her being pregnant, Can the Gynaecologist be sued for not following procedure? and which Law Firm in South Africa takes on this type of cases? and a DNC was not done although the patient informed the doctor that she did not get her M cycle which was not done.

Everything written is about South African Law which is not part of the options in the front page. Thanks

Re: Malpractice

You need to contact someone familiar with South Africa Law. I am sure there are U.S. Firms which have offices there, but I am not familiar with them. You may check the Martindale-Hubbell International Law Directory, which will give you firm profiles. You can find this directory in most Law Libraries. Good luck.
