Elevator Expert

I am looking for an elevator expert for a Shelby County, Tennessee slip and fall case. The elevator stopped short of the floor and client tripped and fell. Any recomendations or experiences, good or bad?

I don't know of an "elevator" expert. You might try TASA to locate one for you. I do know of a "human factors" expert who is quite good....he helped me quite a bit in a trip and fall case a few months ago....the step-down from the floor violated normal "human expectations".
