Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

If I was envolved in an accident on private property and no ticket was written,am I legally liable for damage to the other persons automobile?

If you have liability, which may not be known or determined at this time, then the liability applies to all places where an accident occurred: public or private lands. Of course, the factst concerning the accident, and thus the question of liability, may be effected by where the accident occurred (ie. a lined and marked street vs. an unmarked pasture or field). Also, as to private lands, there are some statutes in Tennessee which might effect the question of your liability in a recreational setting. I would need to know more about the facts of your case before I could give a more complete opinion.
