Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

My friend was doing my hair and accidentally wasted boiling water down my right side and i got third degree burns. i had to get skin graphin surgery. she volunteered to pay my medical bills cause i didn't have insurance. but now she saying she is not going to pay. can i sue her for at least half of the medical and surgery bill?

Your fried is liable for your injuries. The only question is does the friend have insurance. If the accident occured at yoru friend's house or place of business, they may have insurance that would cover your injuries.
