Victim of tax fraud

I am a victim of tax fraud. An employee of a tax company prepared my taxes with fraud information. I got no income tax refund this year for my 2008 taxes. Can this company be held responsible ? I can give more details if needed.

If it's a large company, they should have a fraud claims procedure in place to make things right. You should also contact the district attorney's office and file a complaint, as well as filing a complaint with the IRS.
