Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Tennessee

Private Driveway or Old County Road?

My neighbor and I own land on either side of an old county road that is no longer a county road--

My neighbor claims my driveway (which I maintain) uses part of the old road--he has (2) other ingress/ egress driveways to the county road that my driveway connects to--both are more ''convenient'' to him, but he insists on using my driveway---he drives over grass on his property and then in or out my driveway--help?

If the road has indeed been abandoned by the county, you would need to look to see if the road is on your property or your neighbor's. If the road is no longer a county road and it is entirely on your property, that would probably indicate that it is your private drive. However, I would have to take a look at all of the documents in the case to be sure.
