eeoc wait period

How can I shorten the eeoc's 6-month waiting period until my attorney can file suit in federal court?

Your attorney can request and receive from the EEOC a Notice of Right-to-Sue. This is not supposed to be given during the first 90 days of the period the charge is under investigation, but if the attorney requests it, typically the EEOC will supply it.
