Is this sexual harassment?
My spouse, while at her job, had an employee from another company always come up to her and start talking to her when he would see her. One day he came up to her and started showing her pictures from a magazine he had brought to work. The pictures were of nude men and women, possibly a nudist publication, not hardcore pornography. Is this sexual harassment?

It can be. However, your wife's first step must be to make a complaint about the conduct to her manager. Her employer should have a sexual harassment policy that outlines what she should do to report sexual harassment. The law will require her to follow that process.
