Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

how do i ad my girlfriends name onto my property without giving my interest in it?
The property is also mortgaged at this time.

You can't "put your girlfriend's name on the property" without giving her an interest in it. Bad decision will bring bad result.
