Beneficiary wants to be excluded

One of the 4 beneficieries wants nothing to do with the estate money or property.What would be required for this to be legal (paperwork)?

Declining to be a beneficiary can be accomplished pursuant to statute but a lawyer would be needed for the task which needs to be done during the probate of the estate in court.
