Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

Cost of Estate Planning

I am in a lesbian relationship of four years. Our house is in my name only as that was easier at the time (a year ago). My partner is the beneficiary of my life insurance, my AD&D, and my 403b. She is also on my checking and savings accounts. Of course, if something happens to me, I want her to have everything. My family seems supportive of this, but as we all know things can change. If I name here sole beneficiary of my estate, can it be contested since we are not legally married? Besides a will, are there other documents that I need also, maybe a Power of Attorney? Can you give me a rough idea of now much all of this will cost?
