Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

Father's estate

My father, who lived in FL, passed away about a year ago, leaving behind a large estate in TN. Unfortunately, he did not leave a will and he had put the house in my grandmother's (his mother) name. He paid for the house over 30 years ago and lived in it for about 25 years. My grandmother never lived there and did not pay portion for the house. My father's brother obtained power of atty over my grandmother and is selling (or may have sold by now) the house. He also took my father's vehicles and will not hand them over to me without showing him some sort of court document. My father was not married at the time he passed away and I am his legal heir. Do I have any rights to the house and/or vehicles and if so, how do I go about acting on those rights? Thank you for any help that anyone can give me. By the way, I live in TX and my uncle is in AR.

You really need to ask an Arkansas probate attorney these questions.
