Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

is it possible for me to get out of a lease if i havnt payed any money on anything and the apartments are not even built yet.

Really don't have enough information. The factors to consider are: are the apartments being built? Are they near completion? What promises were made regarding date of occupancy? Have those promise become true or false? What does the lease say about occupancy and cancellation?
