Your will may be valid as long as it executed (signed) correctly.

If you create your will with LegalZoom, it will not be checked by an attorney.

The only way to obtain a will that is properly-drafted and suited to your personal situation is to consult with an attorney licensed to practice law in Tennessee, who has experience in wills and estate planning. Many attorneys offer flat-fee services that offer great economic value. An online company cannot provide legal advice and cannot offer a will or estate plan that truly accommodates all aspects of an individual's goals and needs. A will obtained through an online company may or may not be legally valid, but a will obtained through a licensed Tennessee attorney with estate planning experience will be valid and will properly address all of a person's goals.
