Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

writing an objection letter

Hello.

I recently became a beneficiary to an estate of my deceased grandfather's brother. The other beneficiary was left two items of his personal belongings, while in the will I was left the rest of the estate. the person who was left the other items is contesting the will and trying to get a portion of my estate. He put his personal reasons why and whatnot. I was sent the documents about all this and now I am told about writing an objection letter to this claim of my portion of the estate.
