Re: Writing a Will

Sure, a will and other estate plannig can be done at any time. The divorce could change the nature of your planning. For example: Are there children? Life insurance policies? Joint assets?

Whenever there is a "life change" (death, birth, move, divorce, job change, etc.), it is a good idea to create an estate plan or review your existing plan to see if it still accomplishes your goals. These goals change as circumstances change.

I hope that helps. Good Luck.
