I had a accident at work I would like to know how to find what I should look for as a settlement,where to find a book or chart that is published by the state on amount paid on injuries? THANK YOU!

You are welcome to come by my office and copy the schedule of benefits associated with a worker's compensation claim that is used by the Department Of Labor. This schedule, however, is of no benefit unless you know the amount of permanent impairment you have, your average weekly wage, your compensation rate, and many other factors. Depending on the type of injury you have and whether you returned to work at the same or higher rate of pay, there are some "caps" on the amount of compensation you are entitled to. So, this is a matter that is not as simple as just looking at the benefit schedule and arriving at a figure that you are entitled to.....Give me a call and I will be happy to discuss the matter with you in more detail......Bill Poland
