Legal Question in Disability Law in Texas

Yes I have a 76yr Blind aunt that defrauded by 3 parties in to signing a $10.00 warranty deed to steal her home 8/28/08 this was conspired by Rev .A.L Patterson of Mount Corinth Church 4900 Providence who want to buy the entire block 5300 Margarita he went from reporting us to the city ,to setting our garage on fire? to asking us to sell or donate to him all those tactic did not work so he sent a young lady over to our apt.convincing my aunt she had back taxes that was not true soon after asking my aunt to sign a paper to allow her to be able to go to tax office in he behalf ,she was actually singing the deed of sell in turn she sold it for $10.00 & he sold it the Rev Patterson for $59.000.00 she received not a penny we are now going through the H.P.D & H.C.D.A stages to finalize crimal charges but theres a law that protect the blind?
