Legal Question in Disability Law in Texas

I SENT MY HUSBAND THE DIVIRCE WAIVER HE FAILS TO SIGN AND RETURN, HE IS IN MEXICO AND I DO NOT KNOW WHAT ELSE I CAN DO TO GET A DIVORCE, NO PROPERTY NO CHILDREN. I HAVE BEEN LIVING ON MY OWN SINCE july of 2009.

If he won't sign a waiver, have him served with citation. Contact a process server (you can find them online).

Or, in the alternative, serve him by publication.
