If a want to go live with my boyfriend without parental consent and he is 30 and I'm 19 can he go to jail?

No.

If you're 19, you don't need your parents' consent for anything. You're an adult. You can vote, buy a gun (as long as it's not a handgun), and move to Alaska if you want to, and you don't have to ask anybody's permission.
