Legal Question in Administrative Law in Texas
Living Trust
My husband and I had a living trust and he passed away, now I am being told by my lawyer that I HAVE to create an A & B trust. My assets do not come close to the maximum inheritance. So my question is can all of the living trust just go into the survivor's trust and I will continue to file my taxes under my social number.
