Legal Question in Administrative Law in Texas

My sister is in the Dawson State Jail in Dallas. I need to get some type of temporary Power of Attorney to handle some of her banking business. It needs to be specific enough that the bank will accept it (with both of our information ?), to be used at Chase Bank.

What would be the most effective and economical way to get this done? I know she could try to do this in the Law Library there, but I have a concern that it will not have all the professional bases covered that Chase Bank would consider acceptable.

Please make suggestions.

Thank you,

The first thing you should do is contact Chase and ask if they have a POA form that they require. They probably have one that they can provide online or in a branch. Then follow the instructions on the form.
