if im 18 what can i do to get a misdemeanor expunged

In order to qualify for an expunction, the case must have been dismissed or you must have been found not guilty by a judge or jury. If the case was dismissed, you must wait until the statute of limtiations runs before filing for an expunction. You will need a lawyer to do the expunction because it is a lawsuit filed in civil district court and is quite complicated.
