Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas

Bankruptcy

I borrowed about $75000 from different Credits cards with 3.99 for 1 year interest and others for 2.99.

I usde some to pay some bills and foods, some for stck markets wich i lost most of it, then i used about $26000 to pay some of my morgage because the interest on that is 9.87, so i thought to save some money .

the reel reason i borrowed the money is to make money on the stock market then pay back the creditors before the end of the year.

Will i be approuved to file ?

One attorney do not want me to work with him , because he sais it is a Fraud to put $26000 toward the morgage then file for Bankruptcy.

What are my options because i am really broke , and my plan did not work the way i planned it.

Thank you.

Re: Bankruptcy

The rules about that vary depending on where you are. However, I can't tell you which rules will apply because you forgot to put your zip code in when you submitted the question.
