Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
If my ex has filed bankruptsy which has been granted & discharged last year, he did not list the money he owes me, (I lent him $20,000) can I take him to small claims court?

If the debt was not listed, then it is possible it was not discharged since you had no notice of the bankruptcy proceeding.
