Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
I filed Chapter 7 for a s corp business in Spring/Sum 2010. I included a personal credit card since I used the credit for the business as my attorney said to include any personal non secure credit that you used for business.
The credit card bank in question has now filed a law suit and I was served papers today.
Are they still able to pursue the debt even though it was included in the business bankruptcy?
