Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas

unmarried joint property
I was diagnossed with an illness that keeps me from working, I have more than 15,000 in acumulated deth, my boyfriend just purchased a house in which he put both of our names on the title, the house was purchased in cash and we both will be leaving in it. my question is what will the court do about the joint property? I can prove he paid for the house himself. I am in the process of filling for desability which will be my only source of incom, and medical help, my medical bills run about 150.00 per month and I have been unemployed 8 months hopping the illness would go in remision, but no luck. thank for your help
