Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I am applying for a 501 for a scholarship foundation. The Founder/chairperson resides in
Texas, and was a student and referenced high school. This non-profit organization will raise funds for scholarships given in memory of a high school that is no longer open in louisiana
Also, the board members reside in Louisiana scheduled to meet annually.
