Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I have my own bisness, I pick up all the trash for the septic tanks. Some times the owners of the hause give me a check and later on, they call to the bank to cancel that payment. My question is, what can I do to this people to get my payment.

You can sue them in the civil courts.
You can also try to get the DA interested, since what they're doing is called "theft of services."
As a Franchise Attorney I can add this. In the future, insist on cash only due at pickup for these types of customers. Depending on the amount involved, you can probably sue them in small claims court. There are small claims court advisers to help you do this. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
