As a Franchise Attorney I can only say you need to provide more information. Normally, it's no problem, but things depend on a number of factors. Like, what does the contract say about who is performing the work and the right to subcontract. Another factor is whether the work requires a license and the sub-contracting company has the required license. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
